These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and, where AI tools are used, the Flameplace AI Terms. If more specific terms apply to a feature, those specific terms prevail for that feature unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Flameplace is not a physical-goods marketplace, broker, reseller, distributor, payment agent, freight forwarder, customs broker, installer, warranty provider or party to transactions between users unless Flameplace expressly enters into a separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account or use AI tools. By using Flameplace, you confirm that you are legally capable of accepting these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, company profile or workspace. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
If you create, claim, manage or act for a company on Flameplace, you represent that you have authority to do so. Flameplace may request verification information and may refuse, suspend, restrict or remove company access where verification is incomplete, misleading, disputed or risky.
3. Personal, professional and business users
Flameplace may be used by business users, professional users and private clients. Some features are intended primarily for professional or commercial use.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you act for a company or use Flameplace for professional purposes, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with your business, professional, tax, accounting, employment and client obligations.
4. User content
User content includes company data, profile data, product data, catalog data, stock data, images, posts, events, portfolio materials, project data, room data, specifications, proformas, packing lists, messages, comments, uploaded files, prompts, AI inputs, AI outputs, links and any other content submitted, uploaded, generated, published or shared by users.
You are solely responsible for your user content and for having all rights, licenses, permissions and legal bases needed to upload, publish, process, share, generate, modify and use it.
You must not upload, publish or share content that:
- infringes copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights or other third-party rights;
- is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, threatening or harmful;
- contains malware, malicious code or unauthorized tracking;
- violates applicable law, these Terms, the AI Terms or platform rules;
- misrepresents your authority, company status, partnership status, product availability, pricing or commercial terms.
5. License to Flameplace
You retain your rights in your user content.
You grant Flameplace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, process, transmit, translate, adapt, index, analyze, create technical derivatives of and otherwise use your user content as necessary to operate, secure, support, improve and provide Flameplace.
For content that you publish or make visible publicly or to other users, this license also allows Flameplace to display, distribute, promote, index and make that content discoverable through Flameplace features, search, feeds, embeds, previews and external sharing surfaces.
Flameplace will not intentionally use private workspace content or private AI content for public marketing without permission. Private content may still be processed as described in the Privacy Policy for service operation, security, support, analytics, quality improvement and AI/service improvement.
6. Public content, company pages and visibility
Company pages, catalogs, stock showcases, portfolios, posts, events, comments, activity feeds and similar areas may be public or visible to other users depending on settings and feature design.
When you publish content, it may be viewed, copied, indexed, shared, embedded or stored by third parties outside Flameplace. You are responsible for ensuring that published content is accurate, lawful and suitable for public or professional visibility.
Flameplace may moderate, hide, restrict, remove, relabel or disable content where we believe it violates these Terms, the AI Terms, law, third-party rights, platform integrity, user safety or commercial trust.
7. Market Network, partnerships and verification
Flameplace may provide company verification, partnership labels, official partner status, exclusive distributor status, branch relationships, access to prices and other professional trust signals.
These signals are platform features and do not guarantee that any company, representative, product, price, stock, authorization, license, delivery, warranty, certification, partnership or commercial statement is true, current or complete.
Users are responsible for verifying counterparties, product data, commercial terms, legal authority, payment terms, delivery terms, warranty terms, customs obligations and any contracts entered into outside Flameplace.
8. Transactions between users
Flameplace does not process sales of interior products between users and does not take marketplace commission on user-to-user deals unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Any sale, purchase, supply, agency, distribution, design, installation, delivery, customs, warranty, return, payment or other transaction between users is concluded directly between those users. Flameplace is not responsible for such transactions, their performance, pricing, payment, delivery, quality, defects, compliance, cancellation, refund or dispute.
9. Workspace and commercial documents
Workspace tools may help users create projects, rooms, specifications, proformas, packing lists, presentations, shared links and other commercial documents.
These tools are productivity tools. Flameplace does not provide legal, tax, customs, accounting, engineering, construction, installation, product compliance or professional procurement advice. Generated or exported documents must be reviewed and approved by the user before use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of project data, product data, client data, prices, discounts, taxes, delivery terms, dimensions, quantities, packaging, shipping information and any document issued or shared from Flameplace.
10. Messaging and collaboration
Flameplace may allow users to message, invite, mention, collaborate with and share content with other users or companies.
You are responsible for messages and materials you send. You must not use messaging to spam, harass, mislead, scrape, impersonate, send unlawful content, distribute malware or bypass platform rules.
11. AI tools and AI Terms
AI tools are governed by the Flameplace AI Terms in addition to these Terms. By using AI tools, you agree to the AI Terms.
AI-generated results may contain errors and may be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, non-unique, unsuitable for production or legally risky. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving AI inputs and outputs before using them commercially, publishing them, sending them to clients, manufacturing from them or relying on them.
AI inputs, prompts, uploaded materials, outputs and metadata may be processed by Flameplace and categories of third-party AI, infrastructure, model, hosting, processing or technical providers as described in the AI Terms and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and the AI Terms, the AI Terms govern the AI tools unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Subscriptions, plans, storage and credits
Flameplace may offer free plans, trials, paid subscriptions, storage limits, feature limits and AI credits known as Flames or credits.
Plans, prices, limits, included features, storage, credits, trial conditions, renewal periods and availability may change. The current commercial conditions are shown on pricing, checkout, billing or account pages at the time of purchase or renewal.
You must pay all applicable fees, taxes and charges when due. If payment fails, Flameplace may restrict, suspend or terminate access to paid features, storage, AI tools, workspaces or account functions.
Flames/credits are digital usage credits for Flameplace features. They are not money, stored value, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a bank account balance. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used outside Flameplace unless Flameplace expressly allows it.
13. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal rights
You may cancel a subscription according to the available billing controls. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Already paid subscription periods and consumed or purchased AI credits are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or where Flameplace confirms a technical or billing error.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory withdrawal right for certain distance contracts. Where you request immediate access to digital services, digital content, AI tools or credits before the end of the withdrawal period, you agree that the service may begin immediately and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law once the digital service or content has been fully provided or credits have been consumed.
This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. By using Flameplace, you acknowledge those policies.
18. Support, complaints and illegal content notices
For support, legal notices, content complaints, illegal content notices, intellectual property complaints or DSA-related communications, contact info@flameplace.com.
A notice should include enough information for Flameplace to understand the issue, identify the content or account, assess the legal basis of the complaint and contact the sender. Flameplace may request additional information and may take action where appropriate.
19. Suspension and termination
Flameplace may suspend, restrict or terminate access to accounts, companies, workspaces, content or features if we believe that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flameplace's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Flameplace for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
